What counts as a recipient?
Each unique delivery address per month. Sending two hampers to the same address in one month counts as one recipient.
What is the merchandise fee?
A small percentage applied to the catalog item subtotal (excluding shipping and tax). This covers catalog curation, quality control, and supplier management.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Annual commitments receive a 15% discount on the monthly rate. Contact us for a custom quote.
What happens if a shipment is damaged?
GiftGrid Concierge automatically flags damaged shipments and routes replacements. The first 5 replacements per month are included; additional replacements are $15 each.
Can I use my own products instead of the catalog?
Enterprise plans include custom catalog curation. We can onboard your branded merchandise and manage fulfillment alongside our curated items.
